There is a lot of polishing, balancing, and performance optimization needed, but this week’s demo includes the preliminary workings of an upgrade system. After collecting enough Magic Woo-Woo to complete each mission, you will be offered your choice of upgrade from 2 which have been randomly selected from the following pool:
There are no limits on any of these yet, so any number of absurdly overpowered builds are trivial to create - sometimes at the expense of the framerate. I have many more upgrades planned, along with other gameplay changes to make these upgrades more interesting to obtain and use, but for now I’ll leave you with this small but unrestrained upgrade sandbox to play in. :)
