This weekend update brings a fundamental change to the game. You now have the ability to customize the spell which is projecting you into enemy space.
If you make no changes, you’ll have the same abilities you’ve had for the past several weeks. I’ve added an alternate movement sigil, however, so you can begin with more agility and no automatic forward movement. I’ve also added an alternate weapon sigil, which swaps the auto-firing power for a faster manual weapon reload.
At the end of each mission, you’ll now be presented with 3 of the sigils you’ve collected, and you can pick one to keep. This will allow you to make your spell much more powerful across multiple runs.
It should be noted that (for the time being) these sigils are ephemeral, and will disappear when the game exits. The ability to keep your sigils permanently (along with a variety of spellcrafting features) will arrive next week. Cheers!
